Spending time in nature is healing energy.
On an assignment for a photo shoot for another coffee table book and went back home happy after so much vitamin sea and grounding with Mother Nature.
Not everyone was privileged to see another sunrise like you did, so before you start complaining; remember that the breath of life, is not for sale.

“At the beach, life is different. Time doesn’t move hour to hour but mood to moment. We live by the currents, plan by the tides, and follow the sun.” — Sandy Gingras, Writer
“Life is a lot like surfing… When you get caught in the impact zone, you’ve got to just get back up. Because you never know what may be over the next wave.” ― Bethany Hamilton, Soul Surfer
“Don’t take anything for granted, because one minute it can be there and the next minute it can’t, and it happens so quick. When the negative stuff comes around, just let it go. It all leads to the positive as long as you keep a positive attitude. Enjoy everything you get. That’s one of the most important things in life, is really appreciating it because we only get to do this once and it’s not for a long time.” ~Jay Moriarity, surfer
“Sometimes a break from your routine is the very thing you need.”
“There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done. One is called yesterday and the other is called tomorrow. Today is the right day to love, believe, do and mostly, live.” ~ Dalai Lama
“We do not remember days, we remember moments.” ~ Cesare Pavese
Here’s a beautiful sunrise captured in a different side of Dahican beach in Mati, Davao Oriental.
“You know that place between sleep and awake, the place where you can still remember dreaming? That’s where I will always love you. That’s where I’ll be waiting.” — Peter Pan

Though he had fleshed out a great iconic character called Spock seemingly devoid of feelings, the man behind it was actually a gentle individual filled with beautiful emotions which he turned into poetry. I have loved the simplicity of his words. His photography was a gift he has harnessed since his teenage years in the 40s. Nimoy will forever be in our hearts. Live long and prosper, Spock. His last tweet : “A life is like a garden. Perfect moments …
“When you photograph people in color, you photograph their clothes. But when you photograph people in black and white, you photograph their souls!” ― Ted Grant
“We are all rowing a boat of fate The waves keep on comin’ and we can’t escape But if we ever get lost on our way The waves would guide you through another day.” ~ Life is Like a Boat – Rie Fu
“I spent uncounted hours sitting at the bow looking at the water and the sky, studying each wave, different from the last, seeing how it caught the light, the air, the wind; watching patterns, the sweep of it all, and letting it take me. The sea.”- Gary Paulsen, Caught by the Sea
“The winds, the sea, and the moving tides are what they are. If there is wonder and beauty and majesty in them, science will discover these qualities… If there is poetry in my book about the sea, it is not because I deliberately put it there, but because no one could write truthfully about the sea and leave out the poetry.” ― Rachel Carson
“It is a curious situation that the sea, from which life first arose should now be threatened by the activities of one form of that life. But the sea, though changed in a sinister way, will continue to exist; the threat is rather to life itself.” ― Rachel Carson, The Sea Around Us
