“Courage doesn’t always roar, sometimes it’s the quiet voice at the end of the day whispering ‘I will try again tomorrow’” – Mary Anne Radmacher
I wait for sunrises, and sunsets wherever I travel and every chance I get. Each time I do, I get stunning perspectives of nature. When the day knocks me down, I feel hope. But when I am home, I have a funny quirk.
For so long now, I’ve been capturing this golden view from a tiny window in my bathroom by precariously climbing up the toilet seat. I’ve gotten limited yet breathtaking scenes of Mount Apo from a distance. Sunny skies. Stormy days. Fluffy clouds. Other times, I frame the full moon from this little window, too. I don’t even need to get out of my bedroom.
One beautiful night, in my beloved city, the skies are in its fiery glory. Have a good day, everyone. Oh, and that is the neighbor’s high wall and electric post. — © Jojie Alcantara 2014
