Here are some of my students in the recent travel photography workshop, as I guided them on shooting sunrises. In this part of my islands, the sunrise is spectacular so it’s easy to capture good images. As the colors rapidly change in the sky from cool to warm, so will your composition, tones and hues. It’s always up to you to include human elements to add to the drama.

beautiful..stunning as always.. you have inspired me to get out my scrawny little camera and take some pictures.. did Itell you that? I meant to… Its actually a pretty decent camera for a cell phone but you are the Queen! Hope you are well… ((((hugs))))

Lizzie, when you have the passion, nothing is a “scrawny, little camera” anymore. More so when you get “the eye” for things. Oh but that’s when you start worrying, coz you will be craving to upgrade your gadget. 🙂

Lizzieeee! your artsy brain fartsies has prompted me to pull out my old files and post my artworks as well. I have stopped painting when I started shooting. Now I want to go resurrect my old therapy, doing caricatures. 🙂 Visited your art blog, and I liked Butterflies and Flowers and Made for Each Other. But then, I must tell you that on your blog. 🙂
