The bee and the flower
“Give and Take… for to the bee a flower is a fountain of life and to the flower a bee is a messenger of love. And to both bee and flower, the giving and the receiving is a need and an ecstasy.” ~ Kahlil Gibran
Men, remember the bee. It uses the flower but never destroys it. It hovers around gently, showing importance and respect. It is a give and take relationship, and it never abuses. It sucks the nectar out, but comes back for more. Oh well, I should have turned this into a poem.
Took this photo somewhere in a cool garden in Buda sometime two years ago.
Amazing photo; am I not standing in that garden with you now? The quote is thought provoking as well. Well done!
I would love to use this on my blog; would you mind?
