These are the young “risk takers” of Baganga, Davao Oriental. They climb on top of a high bridge railing, and recklessly jump into the river below easily like fish to water. Not quite a safe past time, but fun to watch. I was able to join them under the railings and ask them all to jump in unison after a while.
