“Looking back, you realize that a very special person passed briefly through your life — and that person was you.
It is not too late to become that person again. “ ~ Robert Brault
I always have my ME moments. It’s between midnight till sunrise. I know it takes a toll on my health and sleep-deprived world. But this is often a time alone to take stock of my contentment and needs as an artist. I know we can’t measure happiness and fulfillment but they always reflect on our personality and work. Even the most cheerful person is overpowered by stress and pressures from family and work environment. When this happens, the dreams fade and are shelved into the dark corners. The luster in the eyes stop gleaming.
Do not let it happen to you.
Take time off to concentrate on yourself, and think about what your mind and spirit are asking for right now. Maybe you will get to know yourself better this time. Do not deny its plea for peace and solitude, for it badly needs your attention and focus, away from the maddening crowd. Do not let go of dreams you can still pursue. Hang on to the passion. Do not let go of YOU.
